• <br />• Cross-Section <br />o A Cross-Section of the skyway and Phase 2 has been provided <br />• Landscape <br />o An exhibit prepared for the RCWD has been provided for your use <br />o Additional plant material has been provided along 14th Street NW to bring the <br />plans into compliance with NWQ zoning. <br />• Loading Dock <br />o Based upon the following, it is proposed that the landscape screening <br />indicated meets the intent of the northwest quadrant ordinance: <br />o Dock will not be visible from any neighboring properties with exception <br />to dock area of facility to the north <br />o Dock area will remain "clean". The dock will not house any dumpsters <br />or trash compactors. Trash will be kept inside the building and <br />wheeled to the curb on pick-up days. <br />o Dock traffic will consist of mainly UPS or Fed Ex deliveries. Larger <br />deliveries anticipated only for furniture and equipment delivery during <br />move-in. <br />• Plat <br />o Preliminary and Final Plat should have been sent to you directly from E.G <br />Rud on Monday morning.
