Mr. Lloyd indicated that in order to <br />move the structure, he would likely have to dismantle it; and he is unsure of <br />the likelihood of it going back together. Councilmember Bauman stated she <br />felt this structure was okay where it was, because of the ramifications <br />involved with moving it. City Planner Gundlach explained that the Special <br />se Permit for the garage addition requires all non - conformities be brought <br />to conformity. Councilmember Burg questioned if the city would be setting <br />recedence, Ms. Gundlach stated that she frequently uses past cases when <br />interpreting the City's zoning code; therefore this would set a precedence. <br />Councilmember Hoffman called the question. <br />Motion by Councilmember Doffing, Seconded by Councilmember Burg to adopt the <br />resolution for a Special Use Permit SP2007 -010 and an non - conforming use permit <br />NC2007 -003 subject to the following condition: <br />1.
