�I Council Proceedings Jan. 25, 1977 Motion by Hardt, seconded by Werdouschegg to receive administrative report dated Jan. 18, 1977, re: Citizen's Study Committee. 5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried Motion by Bromander, seconded by Senden to waive reading of resolution and to adopt resolution entitled RESOLUTION REORGANIZING A CITIZEN'S STUDY COMMITTEE with the following amendments: Under composition --that 4 terms expire in 1978, and 5 terms expire in 1979. 5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried Motion by Fisher, seconded by Hardt to reconsider motion. 4 ayes -1 nave (Senden) - carried Vote on original motion: 5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried Motion by Bromander, seconded by Senden to appoint the following persons to the Citizen's Study Committee to terms to expire June 1, 1979: Vance Dahle, 2498 17th Street Elden Elseth, 1261 Long Lake Road Michael Grimshaw, 1262 Imperial Lane Dale Seppa, 20 Oakwood Drive Dee Weaver, 703 Forestdale Road 5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried 7 Citizen's Study Committee RESOLUTION NO. 1839 Appointments CSC Motion by Bromander, seconded by Hardt to defer Defer on action on appointments to the Citizen's Study Committee 1978 to terms to expire June 1, 1978 until the item Appointments is directed to be placed on the agenda by a councilm-ember. 5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried Motion by Fisher, seconded by Werdouschegg to amend proposed Section 14-030,(b) 7 and 8 by requiring -a setback of 7 feet from the street pavement. 3 ayes - 2 nayes (Bromander, Senden) - carried Motion by Fisher, seconded by Werdouschegg to amend proposed ordinance, Section 14-200(b) 1. by changing 300 square feet to 200 square feet and adding the word "not" exceed. 3 ayes - 2 nayes- (Bromander, Senden) - carried laotion by Fisher, seconded by Hardt to amend proposed ordinance, Section 14-200(e), Item No. 6 by adding plus 2 (Councilman Fisher noted Item(e) was mislabeled Item (c)) . 3 ayes - 2 nayes (Bromander, Senden) - carried Proposed Sign Ordinance
