OPENING OF BIDS Trailer Mounted Tree Spade Tractor Mowing Unit - Parks January 27, 1977 11:00 A.M. Pursuant to requirements of Resolution 64-63, a meeting of the Administrative Staff was held in the Municipal Building, 803 5th Avenue N.W., New Brighton, Minnesota at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 27, 1977. Present were: Vernon C. Pederson, City Clerk Maurice Anderson, Director of Parks and Recreation Phyllis Staples, Accountant Meeting was called to order by City Clerk who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids for a Trailer Mounted Tree Spade and a Tractor Mowing Unit as advertised in the New Brighton Bulletin and Construction Bulletin December 30, 1976 and January 13, 1977.
