JOSEPH <br />1917-1966 <br />R <br />RECEIVEM <br />FEB 8 1977 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />ri. <br />Re: Scheduling of Variance Hearing for Falcon Oil, <br />Silver Lake Road, New Brighton <br />Gentlemen: <br />Presently, a public hearing regarding Falcon Oil's request <br />for a variance to erect a canopy at its service station is scheduled <br />for Tuesday, February 8, 1977, at the New Brighton City Hall. Due to <br />unforeseen delays in the accumulation of materials that we deem necessary <br />for presentation to Council we are compelled to request that this matter <br />be postponed until the next regularly scheduled Council meeting.
