MacGil.lis & <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to defer Gibbs to <br />action on request until January 25 Council meeting and <br />to request the applicant to prepare and submit a landscape Jan 25 <br />plan and to direct the administration to send a letter <br />to MacGillis & Gibbs informing them of the Council <br />action. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Werdouschegg to Adm prepare <br />direct administration to prepare a resolution Res. VN -167 <br />approving VN -167 with the following findings of fact: <br />1. That the pole yards are a unique use not heretofore <br />legislatively contemplated, <br />2. That no special privilege would be granted in <br />that the trailer would not be visible from <br />public roadway and would be a temporary rather <br />than permanent use; <br />3. Hardships exist because of the need for officing <br />space, and <br />that such resolution be conditioned on approval of <br />landscape plan and provisions for a dustless surface driveway. <br />5 ayes- 0 nayes- carried <br />New Business <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Senden to receive Letter Re; <br />letter from Linda Ann Rademacher, dated Dec. 22, 1976, Large <br />re: Large Animal Ordinance Animal Ord. <br />5 ayes- 0 naves- carried <br />Linda Rademacher was preeent to review her letter <br />with the Council. <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Werdouschegg to direct the <br />question of the problem indicated in the letter from <br />Linda Rademacher to the administration and to the <br />Environmental Quality Commission for comment and <br />recommendation, such report to be received by the second <br />council meeting in February (Feb.22) <br />5 ayes- 0 nayes - carried <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Hardt to receive <br />administrative report dated Dec. 22, 1976 re: Ramsey County <br />Legislative Package <br />5 ayes- 0 nayes- carried <br />Motion.by Bromander, seconded by Senden to waive reading of <br />resolution and to adopt resolution entitled RESOLUTION <br />STATING COUNCIL'S POSITION REGARDING THE RAMSEY COUNTY. <br />LEGISLATIVE PACKAGE, such resolution: <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1816 <br />
