Council Proceedings <br />City of New Brighton <br />Nov. 23, 1976 <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Hardt to authorize <br />administrative authority to issue building permit to <br />John J. Welsch Co., Stockmans Steak House, conditioned <br />on the provision by the applicant of a revised site and <br />landscape plan showing berms on 26th Avenue and 22A Street and <br />conditioned on compliance with the site and landscape plan <br />signed by the Building and Planning Coordinator, dated <br />Nov. 23, 1976, excepting the changes to be made to the <br />site and landscape plan regarding the berms on 26th Avenue <br />and 22A Street. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried <br />The Attorney stated hearing was properly called. <br />The Building and Planning Coordinator stated that the <br />Planning Commission had deferred action on the request and <br />had not yet provided a recommendation to the Council <br />and therefore the Council should consider continuing <br />the hearing until such recommendations were provided. <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Senden to continue <br />hearing to Dec. 14, at 8:30. <br />5 ayes- 0 nayes- carried <br />New Business <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to approve <br />final plat PL -103, (Joe Hipp and Richard Hipp, Hipp <br />View Point) <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried <br />"Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to receive <br />letter from Larry J. Karlen, NB Business Association, <br />dated Nov.9, 1976 re: traffic problems, Old 8 at 5th Ave. NW <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Hardt to waive reading <br />of resolution and to adopt resolution entitled RESOLUTION <br />REQUESTING THE INSTALLATION OF THREE-WAY STOPS AT <br />THE INTERSECTION OF FIFTH AVENUE NW AND OLD HIGHWAY EIGHT BY <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />4 ayes - 1 naye (Werdouschegg) - carried <br />Motion by Hardt, seconded by Fisher to receive letter <br />from Donald L.
