Cost: $439,741.00 Impr 77-5 <br />The City Engineer reviewed the proposed improvement. 8:46 to <br />9:08 <br />Mr. Paul Gatto, attorney from the firm of Melva <br />and Frisk, stated he was appearing on behalf of <br />Berdevaco, formally Montego, owning property over which <br />a portion of Palmer Drive had been and will be <br />constructed. He stated his client did not desire to <br />have the road improved over his property at this time.. <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to close hearing. Close <br />5 ayes- 0 nayes- carried Hearing <br />Motion by Hardt, seconded by Werdouschegg to waive <br />reading of resolution a nd to adopt resolution entitled RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 77-5 AND PREPARATION NO. 1801 <br />OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. <br />5 ayes.- 0 nayes- carried <br />Improvement 77-6 <br />Location: Walker Heights subdivision on the north side <br />of Mississippi Street near Long Lake Road <br />(new plat). <br />Impr By; Opening, grading, sanitary sewers, watermains, <br />storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter, <br />aggregate base, and bituminous surfacing <br />Proposed <br />Assessable Area: All land abutting streets in said subdivision <br />~.st. Cost: $91,541.40 Impr 77-6 <br />9:09 to <br />The City Engineer reviewed the proposed improvement. 9.12 <br />Walter Martin, 2431 17th Ave, asked if the proposed <br />subdivision was to be residential single family dwellings. <br />Mayor Bromander responded that it was. <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Hardt to close hearing Close Hearing <br />5 ayes- 0 nayes- carried <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Werdouschegg to waive <br />reading of resolution and to adopt resolution entitled RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 77-6 AND PREPARATION OF NO. 1802 <br />FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />5 ayes- 0 nayes - carried <br />
