Council Proceedings City of New Brighton Oct. 12, 1976 5. That the site plan reflect and proper documents, be presented guaranteeing the closing of the Taco Johns driveway to Silver Lake Road and the provision of access for Taco Johns via the southerly shopping center driveway; 6. That proper documents be filed whereby Super Valu grants drainage easements to RCE Corporation and the City of New Brighton; 7. That the site and landscape plan for.the center be subject to Council approval and be a condition of the variance; 8. That both shopping center driveways on Silver Lake Road and the southerly driveway accesses to Taco Johns and the proposed steak house be subject to Council review and control at the time the commercially zoned property south of the shopping center is developed; 9. That access to Rice Creek Road be subject to Council review and control at the time the commercially zoned property south of the shopping center is developed; 10. That the RCE Corporation commission and provide to the City a traffic analysis regarding possible traffic control improvements to Silver Lake Road such as medians, left turn lanes, signals, etc., in a form acceptable to the County of Ramsey for purposes of establishing warrants for such traffic control devices. 5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to authorize administrative authority to issue building permit to RCE Corporation subject to the following conditions: 1. Site and landscape plans be approved by the City Council. 2. VN=159 be approved by the City Council. 3. That a second survey of the plat and proposed building location be presented to the administration, such survey to be conducted by a different surveyor from the one who provided the plat for the property. 5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried New Business E. Rueben Sundberg was present to explain his request for a minor subdivision. He noted that providing a cul-de-sac to the property would be prohibitively expensive and therefore he had not chosen to follow platting procedures.
