Commissioner Tollefson motioned to <br /> accept the minutes; Commissioner Woods seconded. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> • Updates <br /> CERT/Citizen Corps Council <br /> <br /> There will be a CERT class starting on Thursday evenings from October 25 thru <br /> November 15. <br /> <br /> The MN Citizen Corps Conference was attended by Officers Paetznick and Hyland as <br /> well as 5 VIPS. Commissioner Woods attended and stated this conference was very well <br /> done. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Kerns suggested the Public Safety Commission send a letter of thanks to <br /> Bob Parrott and Officer `Paetznick for all of their work on Project Lifesaver. All <br /> commissioners were in favor of this. <br /> <br /> Department Reports <br /> Human Rights <br /> <br /> Nothing to report. <br /> <br /> Allina Medical <br /> <br /> Mr. Bill Snoke distributed statistics for January-August 2007. He reports no big changes. <br /> The call volume in the north region has climbed but Allina has added more resources to <br /> keep call response time down. <br />
