RESOLUTION NO. 08 - <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A 180 DAY EXTENSION OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT AND NONCONFORMING <br />USE PERMIT APPROVED PER RESOLUTION 07-095. <br />WHEREAS, an application has been made by Bill and Maria Lloyd to allow an extension of a <br />Special Use Permit and Nonconforming Use Permit granted on August 28, 2007 for 1901 Sky <br />High Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission recommended approval of SP2007-010 and NC2007-003 on <br />August 21, 2007 subject to conditions. <br />2. The City Council approved SP2007-010 and NC2007-003 on August 28, 2007, <br />3. Resolution 07-095 was adopted on August 28, 2007 outlining Findings of Fact with respect <br />to SP2007-010 and NC2007-003. <br />4. The applicant filed a written request for an extension on January 28, 2008. <br />5, The City Council considered the extension request on February 12, 2008. <br />is Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, per Zoning Code Section 8-250 the approvals for a Special <br />Use Permit (SP2007-010) and Nonconforming Use Permit (NC2007-003) are hereby extended <br />an additional 180 days to August 28, 2008, subject to the following condition: <br />1.
