Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) <br />SRFC Safe Schools/Healthy Students Initiative (SS/HS) Connections Grant <br />Partners of Suburban Ramsey County <br />SS/HS Project Management Structure: <br />The Suburban Ramsey Family Collaborative (SRFC) Joint Powers Board is the <br />governing board for Suburban Ramsey system of care. The SRFC Joint Powers <br />Board is responsible for the governance of the overall system of care and the <br />integrated, comprehensive community -wide plan as outlined in the grant narrative. <br />The members of the SRFC Joint Powers Board will support the ongoing design, <br />implementation, and continuous improvement of the SS/HS initiative/project <br />goals. This partnership commits to growing the human, in-kind, financial and <br />social capital necessary to sustain the efforts of the SS/HS project services and <br />other collaborative services. <br />The SRFC Director will devote 100% of her time as the SS/HS Project Director <br />and will be a key communicator and coordinator for the day-to-day grant — <br />specific consortium, community and collaborative -wide SS/HS project and <br />partnership involvement. In order to ensure success in achieving the goals and <br />objectives of the Suburban Ramsey Safe Schools Health Students Initiative <br />Comprehensive, Integrated Community -wide Plan _The SS/HS Project Director is <br />responsible for providing leadership and management to the SS/HS initiative/ <br />project and will insure that the SS/HS grant expectations are fulfilled. The <br />SS/HS Project Director will facilitate the SS/HS Core Management Team <br />meetings and the SS/HS Design Team meetings. <br />The Suburban Ramsey Family Collaborative (SRFC) Assistant Director and <br />Staff will be key communicators and coordinators for the day-to-day <br />collaborative -wide SS/HS project and partnership involvement. The SRFC <br />Assistant Director will provide daily guidance, support and supervision to the <br />SS/HS Project Director and guide collaborative partners in the improvement and <br />capacity building of the overall implementation of the integrated and <br />comprehensive system of care and community wide supports in Suburban <br />Ramsey County. <br />The How are the Children Community Involvement Coordinator will be a <br />serve as a community organizer and key communicator for the day-to-day <br />community -wide SS/HS project and multi -sector, inter -generational partnership <br />involvement. The SRFC Director will provide daily guidance, support and <br />supervision to the How are the Children Community Involvement Coordinator. <br />The ISD 623 is the Applicant Agency and Fiscal Agent of the SS/HS Connections <br />Grant. The Superintendent of ISD 623 is SRFC's Joint Powers Board Executive <br />Committee Member (Board Chair) and will represent ISD 623 as the SS/HS <br />Applicant Agency/Fiscal Agent on the SS/HS Core Management Team. <br />The Safe Schools -Healthy Students Initiative (SS/HS) Core Management Team: <br />The SS/HS Core Management Team will assist the partnership in making decisions, <br />operating, communicating, sharing information and resources, identifying and <br />overcoming barriers, increasing levels and intensity of collaboration, and planning for <br />mutual sustainability of the SS/HS comprehensive plan.
