Such signs shall be no more than ten feet in height and 32 square <br />feet ipp area, except that the area of the sign may be increased to 64 square feet so long as it is situated no <br />closej-�han 150 feet from the property line of an occupied residence that is not a part of the development. <br />(6)porary Signs.
