•governmental entities will receive reimbursement proportionate to their total share of <br />contributions to the event. Both the League of MN Cities and the City of St. Paul indicate that <br />there is no reason to believe that the security subsidy will not cover all expenses. <br />The City Attorney's Office for the City of New Brighton and the League of MN Cities has <br />reviewed the JPA. The League of MN Cities has indicated that each City must make a decision <br />whether or not it should enter into the JPA. Our City Attorney's Office is comfortable with the <br />JPA as written especially since New Brighton personnel will be working with low risk, low <br />profile assignments. The City of Maplewood and the City of Mounds View have already <br />approved this same JPA and it is anticipated that all law enforcement agencies in Ramsey <br />County will be asked to review and request approval for this JPA.
