Placed an asphalt surface on the eastern <br /> driveway and graveled and oiled the other <br /> driveway and parking areas; <br /> c. Established eight parking spaces on the <br /> west side of the building north of the <br /> front building wall; and <br /> d. Repainted the front of the building, <br /> 4. The applicant has presented a need for additional <br /> parking spaces and there is no space available <br /> in the rear yard of the site. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the application NC-35 <br /> is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> l. That the applicant continues to ab ide by the <br /> conditions set forth in the non-conforming use <br /> permit NC-19, con ta ined in Resolution 1894. <br /> 2. That the parking area have concrete curbing. <br /> 3. Tha t approva 1 b~ subj ect to conformance wit h the <br /> site and landscape plan signed by the Director of <br /> Community Developmeht and the applicant and <br /> dated Februa.ry 13 , 1979. <br /> 4.
