J' <br />~. 1 <br /> . ~ <br />, ~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 249 <br /> STATE OF IvtINNESOTA. <br /> COUNTY OF P,.AHSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEw BRIGHTON <br />Ii RESOLUTION AHENDING RESOlliTIONS NU}fBE..R.ED 219, 222 and 235 EELATUJG <br />TO THE ISSUANCE, SALE .AND }<'ORM OF ;$1 NILLION 1966 TEt.JPORARY BONDS <br />BY ELIMINATING D1PROVU1ENT 66-7, FROH THE nJPROVEt1ENTS TO BE <br />FINANCED BY SUCH BONDS. <br />WHEREAS , Resolutions Nos. 219, 222 and 235 relate to the issuance, <br /> sale and form of the ~n }1illion 1966 Temporary Bonds and <br /> which include Improvement 66-7 in the improvements to <br /> be financed, thereby, and <br />WHEREAS Improvement 66-7 is a joint improvement with the Village of <br /> St. Anthony, and such Fillage has not taken required action <br /> to enable the letting of a contract for Improvement 66-7. <br />NOI.j, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLTw that Resolutions Nos. 219, 222, and 235 <br /> be amended to delete therefrom all reference to Improvement <br /> 66-7 and thus eliminating Improvement 66-7 from the Improvements <br /> to be financed by the ~l million 1966 Temporary Bonds. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of New Brighton this--L~day of June 1966. <br /> f)~ r:? ~ <br /> 1l1ayor <br />ATTEST: <br />C C)/!A~~-VV ;p . <br /> C"'.A--"Y?l/}'P~~ <br />Village Clerk <br />(SEAL) <br />
