<br /> . , <br />..' ~ I , <br />/ <br />lr'~ <br /> Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br /> Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> meeting of the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, <br /> Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village <br /> on Tuesday, , the 24th day of May , 1966 at 8:00 o'clock <br /> P.M. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> Anderson, Andersen, Hipp, Jeffers, Nabozney <br /> and the following were absent: None <br /> * * * * * * * * * <br /> Trustee Jeffers introduced the following <br /> written resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION FIXING THE FORM AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> OF $1,000,000 TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF <br /> 1966, PROVIDING FOR THEIR EXECUTION AND DELIVERY <br /> AND CREATING FUNDS FOR THEIR PAYMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> New Brighton, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> 1. All action heretofore taken in connection with the <br /> issuance and sale of $1,000,000 Temporary Improvement Bonds of <br /> 1966, is hereby ratified and confirmed, including the award of <br /> the sale thereof to <br /> The First National Bank of Saint Paul <br /> on its bid to purchase bonds bearing interest as follows: <br /> All bonds bearing interest at the rate 4.00% per annum <br /> but each of which bonds provides for a higher rate of <br /> interest for the period Oct. 16, 1966 to Dec. 1 1966 <br /> such higher rate being the aggregate of the basic rate <br /> plus 2% per annum. <br /> at a price of par, accrued interest and a premium of $ None. <br />
