<br /> , I , I <br /> , <br /> - l ; <br /> , <br /> MUNICIPAL PERSONNEL SURVEYS <br /> r <br /> AGRltEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day <br /> of , 1967, by and between certain Twin Cities <br /> municipalities, hereinafter referred to as PARTICIPATING MUNICIPALITIES <br /> (more particularly listed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof), party of the first part, and STANTON ASSOCIATES, INC., <br /> bereiriafter referred to as the CONSULTANT, party of the second part, <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, It is necessary that the services of a qualified <br /> consul tant be obtained for the purpose of providing meaningful <br /> compensation data for the PARTICIPATING MUNICIPALITIES and <br /> WHEREAS, Frank D. Stanton, President of the consulting firm <br /> of Stanton Associates, Inc., represents and warrants that his firm is <br /> qualified to perform such consulting services, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE J It is agreed by and between said parties as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. The CONSULTANT w:i.11 provide a consulting service <br /> entitled MUNICIPAL PERSONNEL SURVEYS FOR THE PARTICIPATING MUNICIPALI- <br /> TIES, such service to be performed during a period commencing as of <br /> the date hereof and ending March )1, 1968. <br /> 2. The objective of this service is to develop factual <br /> survey data pertaining to salaries, fringe benefits and policy areas <br /> of certain sele-cted positions common to the PARTICIPATING MUNICIPALITIES. <br /> In addition, the CONSULTANTS will select appropriate public <br /> and private employers, other than municipalities, which would provide <br /> appropriate and meaningful comparisons with positions being studied <br /> for the PARTICIPATING MUNICIPALITIES. <br /> The final determination of fringe benefits and policy areas <br /> to be surveyed is subject to mutual agreement by the CONSULTANT and <br /> an Advisory Committee appointed by and representing the PARTICIPATING <br /> MUNICIPALITIES. <br /> 3. The contemplated positions to be surveyed include the <br /> following job areas: <br />
