He question the acreage computation on the lot since his <br /> assessment was somewhat higher than his neighbor's for what appears to be <br /> approximately same size lot. <br /> He also question the policy of including street areas abutting on lots. <br /> I informed him that this method was adopted by the Village Council and the <br /> hearing had been held and the matter was closed. At the same time I also <br /> told him that it was within our power to correct any mathematical error. <br /> I have recomputed the area of the lot and find that it was incorrect.
