After the discussion and consideration of the various objections presented, Member :)""((..-<"'~~ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENT FOR COUNTY DITCH NO. 3 . BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINN. AS FOLLOWS: 1. The assessment for COUNTY DITCH No. 3 should be and is hereby amended as follows: : PROPERTY DESCRIPTION ORIGINAL ASSMIIT AS REVISED Lot 1, Block 5 APACHE HILLS 0.83 Ac. =131.23 O. 48 Ac. = 75 . 89 2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing amendment to said assessment is just and equitable, and necessary for a fair assessment for payment of the cost of said improvement.
