' .. <br /> (Form of Coupon) <br />No. . $ <br />[Unless the bond described below has been called for earlier <br /> redemption] <br /> On the 1st day of February (August) , 19 , the Village <br />of New Brighton, Ramsey County, Minnesota, will pay to bearer at <br />the main office of <br /> The First National Bank of Saint Paul <br />the sum shown hereon for interest then due on its Park Bond of <br />1969, dated May 1, 1969, No. . <br /> (Facsimile) <br /> Mayor <br /> (Facsimile) <br /> Village Manager <br /> (Form of village Clerk's Certificate) <br /> I, the undersigned, Village Clerk of the Village of <br />New Brighton, Minnesota, hereby certify that except for the <br />date line, the above is a full, true and compared copy of the <br />legal opinion of Messrs. Faegre & Benson, of Minneapolis, <br />Minnesota, which was delivered to me upon delivery of the bonds <br />and is now on file in my office. <br /> (Facsimile) <br /> Village Clerk <br /> Village of New Brighton, Minnesota <br /> 5. The bonds shall be prepared under the direction of <br />the Village Manager, and when so prepared shall be executed on <br />behalf of the village by the Mayor and Village Manager and sealed <br />with the village seal and the interest coupons shall be executed <br />and authenticated by the printed facsimile signatures of said <br />Mayor and Village Manager. The legal opinion of Messrs. Faegre <br />and Benson, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, respecting the validity <br />and enforceability of the bonds shall be printed on the reverse <br />side of each bond and shall be certified by the facsimile <br />signature of the Village Clerk. When the bonds shall have been <br />so prepared and executed, they shall be delivered by the Clerk <br />and Treasurer in exchange for the purchase price and upon receipt <br />of the signed legal opinion of Messrs. Faegre and Benson, and <br />the purchaser shall not be required to see to the proper applica- <br />tion of the proceeds. <br /> 6. There is hereby created a separate sinking fund for <br />the bonds, which fund shall be held by the Treasurer of the village <br />and shall be used for no other purpose than to pay principal of and <br />interest on said bonds; provided, however, that if any payment of <br />principal or interest shall become due when there is not sufficient <br />money in said fund to pay the same, the Treasurer may pay such <br />princ~pal or interest from the general fund of the village and <br />such fund shall be reimbursed for such advances out of the proceeds <br />of, taxes herein levied. <br />
