The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County, a certified copy of this resolution together with such other informa- tion as the County Auditor may require, and to obtain from the County Auditor a certificate that such tax has been levied and the bonds have been entered upon his bond register. 9. The tax levy herein provided shall be irrepealable until all of said bonds are paid, provided that the Village Clerk shall certify to the County Auditor reduced levies if and to the ~ extent that moneys and investments in the sinking fund will, with 4 the levies remaining to be made, provide moneys for each remaining ~, payment of principal and interest, when due, and a sum at least C: h five per cent in excess thereof. >- 0 -; 10. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Nesser and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Moen, Nesser, Rebelein and Romanski and the following voted against the same: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
