. . . . ,/" PARCEL NO. 3 A permanent easement for water main purposes over a part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Twsp. 30, Range 23 lying Southerly of the Soo Line Railroad right- of way and Westerly of the centerline of State Highway No. 8 and Westerly of the centerline of 9th Avenue SW and a part of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 32, said easement being 5.0 feet on the Northeasterly, East, and No~th side, and 10.0 feet on the Southwesterly, West, and South side of the following described line: Beginning at the point of inter- section of the West line of the Northeast 1/4 of the North- west 1/4 of said Section 32 with the Southeasterly line of the Soo Line railroad right-of-way; thence Northeasterly along said Southeasterly right-of-way line 122.27 feet to the actual p~int of beginning of line to be described; thence deflect 81 degrees, 38 minutes, 09 seconds to the right 100.41 feet; thence deflect 45 degrees 00 minutes to the ri~ht 465.0 feet; thence deflect 45 degrees, 00 minutes to the left 138.65 feet thence deflect 44 degrees, 46 minutes to the left 409.88 feet, more or less, to the West line of 9th Avenue S.W. and trere terminating. Also, a 20.0 fOJt temporary construction easement lying 25.0 feet Northeasterly, East, and North of the above described line. Also, a temporary construction easement over the East 10.0 feet of the South 330.0 feet of that part of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32 lying West of the East 640.0 feet thereof.
