<br />. <br />. . <br />. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />PARCEL NO. 4 <br /> <br /> <br />A 20 foot permanent easement for water main purposes over a <br />part of the East 180.0 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the <br />Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Twsp 30, Rge. 23 lying Northerly <br />of the Soo Line railroad right-of-way, said easement being <br />5.0 feet East and 15.0 feet West of the following described <br />line: Beginning at a point on the North line of the East <br />180.0 feet of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, said <br />point being 15.0 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof; <br />thence South parallel with the West line of said East 180.0 <br />feet a distance of 940.0 feet and there terminating, except <br />that part taken for County Road "E". Also, a 20.0 foot temp- <br />orary construction easement lying 25.0 feet East of the above <br />described line. Also, a 15.0 foot permanent easement for <br />water main purposes over that part of the East 180.0 feet <br />of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, <br />Twsp 30, Rge 23 lying Northerly of the Soo Line Railroad <br />right of way, and a part of the Northeast 1/4 of the North- <br />west 1/4 of said Section 32 lying Northerly of the Soo Line <br />RailrDad right of way and Westerly of the centerline of State <br />Highway No. 8 described as beginning at a point on the first <br />described line above, said point being 930.0 feet South of the <br />North line of the East 180.0 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the <br />Northwest 1/4 of said Section 32 lying Northerly of the Soo <br />Line Railroad right-of-way; thence East at right angles 16500 <br />feet to the East line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest <br />1/4 of said Section 32, thence continuing East 15.0 feet; <br />thence deflecting 45 degrees 00 minutes to the right 16.51 <br />feet, more or less, to the Northwesterly line of said SOD <br />Line Railroad right-of-way and there terminatingo Said 15.0 <br />foot easement lying 5.0 feet North and Northeasterly, and <br />10.0 feet South and Southwesterly of the above described line. <br />Also, a temporary construction easement over a strip of land <br />25.0 feet in width lying North and Northeasterly of the <br />above described linea TempDrary easements to expire <br />July 1, 1970. <br /> <br />NAME NATURE OF INTEREST <br /> <br />En H.
