Wood, Director of Public Works/Engineer <br />RE: Tax Forfeit Land <br />The tax forfeit land in the southwestern pcrtmn of pike Lake is <br />potentially valuable to the village, if pike Lake is to be <br />dredged. <br />Lots 10 through 13, Second Addition to New Brighton, are poten- <br />tially usable for sewer construction. Ken Ostlund informs me <br />that the ultimate gravity system, which would replace Lift <br />Stations #6 and #7, would quite probably pass through some of <br />this property. <br />I recommend that both parcels be taken overby the village. <br />~ /11.
