That said lands are (d) unbuildable due to the fact that major portion of lots <br /> (lots 10 -13. El. 12. Second Add. to New Brighton) were acquired by Highway Dept. as <br />I rifht of way for I 35 w. wt 24. Bl. 3. Pike Lake Terrace is unbuildable due to location <br /> and elevation. <br /> . <br /> 5. That applicant desires to obtain said land for the following purposes and reasons: (e) <br /> ThA RmRll remAining portion of lots 10 thru 13, Block 12, Second Addition to New Brighton, <br /> is,<-proposed as the route for a future gravity seVIer line extemion to replace an <br /> existing lift station.
