School does by this Agreement grant to the Village of <br /> New Brighton permission and license to install the outside rest <br /> rooms and the outside lighting with the understanding that all <br /> such equipment remain the personal property of the Village of <br /> New Brighton and that the Village has the right upon the <br /> termination of this Agreement or any extension thereof to remove <br /> such personal property from the premises. <br /> 5. Village assumes the responsibility for the operation of <br /> the ice skating rink and warming facility associated therewith <br /> between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Mondays through <br /> Fridays, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturdays and from <br /> 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. on Sundays during the entire skating <br /> season. On school holidays Village use and responsibility shall <br /> be from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. except that on December 24, <br /> December 25, December 31 and January 1 the hours shall be 1:00 p.m. <br /> to 5:00 p.m. <br /> 6. Each of the parties agrees to hold each other harmless <br /> from any liability incurred by the use of these facilities during <br /> the times the premises is under the supervision or control of the <br /> other party unless from an act or condition of negligence caused <br /> or occasioned by the party then in control of the premises. <br /> 7. School and Village shall cooperate to provide, in <br /> addition to an ice hockey rink, a free ice skating rink adjacent <br /> to said hockey rink for the ice skating season of 1973-74. <br /> 8. Village will provide regular cleaning and flooding at <br /> Village expense, and School will provide ice maintenance during <br /> the school hours as needed to maintain ice surface. School <br /> District will assume additional electricity costs due to lighting <br /> the ice skating rink. <br />
