<br />. . <br />. <br />o. The united Theological Seminary shall waive any <br /> immunity, if any, to assessments for road, water, <br /> sanitary sewer, or storm sewer improvements. <br />P. In areas designated for single family residences on <br /> the land use plat no construction or use shall be <br /> permitted except single family residences and things <br /> and uses which are usual and incidental to single <br /> family residence use. <br />Q. Any condition not specifically recited in this permit <br /> shall be deemed as intended to mean that the city <br /> Council retains ultimate control and approval must <br /> be obtained by the united Theological Seminary before <br /> any action can be taken. <br />R. No temporary buildings, such as quonset or barracks <br /> buildings, shall be constructed, used or maintained <br /> at any time, eXGepbthose ',structures necessary to <br /> contractors during any period of construc~ion of <br /> dwellings, buildings or other such construction. <br />s. There will be no use of Forest Dale Road for the <br /> movement of material, supplies, equipment, etc. , for <br /> con~truction purposes of the seminary. <br />T. The floor area ratio, as defined in the New Brighton <br /> Zoning Code, shall not exceed .25 on the described <br /> premises. <br />u. There shall be no setback variances granted by the <br /> City on the described premises. <br />v. The minimum setback for student housing along the <br /> north boundary of the described premises shall be <br /> 30 feet or three times th~ building height, which- <br /> ever is greate:c, and such setback area shall be <br /> landscaped and contain no parking areas. <br /> , <br /> : <br />
