The existing ground graphic as authorized by the city council on October 23, 1973, s~all be permitted to continue and no other ground graphics shall be allowed to be erected on the property unless the existing ground graphic is removed and the newly erected grounc graphics meet the requirements of Section 14-180 (b) 2'. H. Wall graphics which conform to the following standardE shall be permitted: 1) The sign authorized by the city council on October 9, 1973, for the 7-Eleven Store shall be permitted to continue. 2) Each business having an ir.jividual entrance shall be permitted tq attach one (1) .street graphic to the mansard facing Silver Lake Road. Such, street graphic shall contain no more than ten (10) items of graphic communication and shall qnly identify the business. Each business shall be allocated a signable area for the erection of such street graphic. Such signable ali'ea shall be the area of the mansard above the business' exterior wall extending from a point in line with one interior side wall of the business to the other interior side wall of the business. The street graphic may not exceed in size fer ty percent (40%) of the signable area and may not extend closer than 12 inches to the boundaries of the signable area. 3) Each business which shares an entrance with another business, or businesses, shall be permittE!d to erect one (1) street graphic on the mansard facing Silver Lake Road. The area of the mansard which may contain a graphic (overall signable area) shall be that portion of the mansard above the entire width of the businesses as facing Silver Lake Road. Each business sharing the entrance shall be permitted a signable area in the overall signable area which is equal in percentage of the total floor area which the businesses sharing the entrance occupy. Each street graphic shall not exceed forty percent (40,%) of each signable area and may not extend closer than 12 inches to the outside boundaries of individual signable areas. Each street graphic shall contain no more than ten (10) items of graphic communication and shall only identify the business.
