Dredge out accumulations of siltation at point where <br /> Ditch Number 2 enters Long Lake and any other sizeable accumula- <br /> tion of silt in that portion of the lake shown in Exhibit A. <br /> 9. Acquire by negotiation or eminent domain proceedings <br /> such ea.ements, both permanent and temporary, as may be necessary <br /> for ponding, flowage, dredging, ditChing, con.truct~on, waste <br /> and disposal. <br /> 10.
