That although the applicant has provided <br /> documentation that the proposed parking may be <br /> adequate for the proposed use no guarantee has <br /> been provided that if the use changed in the <br /> future there would be adequate parking. <br /> h. That if the parking was not adequate for the <br /> proposed use there is no acceptable alternate to <br /> provide additional parking. <br /> i. That applicant did on January 7, 1975 submit a <br /> revised plan for development of the property. <br /> This revised plan has not received approval but <br /> it does not require any variance. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the application for Variance <br /> VN-137 be and is hereby denied for the following reasons: <br /> 1. That the criteria for a variance are not present; <br /> 2. That the proposed parking has no feasible alternate <br /> for expansion and may be insufficient for the proposed <br /> use and/or any subsequent use; <br /> 3.
