That the city Council did continue the hearing to <br /> December 23, 1974, and did refer the revised <br /> application to the Planning Commission for report. <br /> h. That on December 17, 1974, the Planning Commission <br /> did review the revised application and did recommend <br /> its approval. <br /> i. That at the continued hearing on December 23, 1974, <br /> the following were presented to and considered by <br /> '~; the city Council in respect to application VN-137: <br /> 1. The observations, considerations and comments <br /> of the City Building and Planning Coordinator. <br /> 2. Findinqs of Fact <br /> a. That the revised application is one to permit <br /> construction and use of a savings loan on the <br /> property located in the northwest corner of Silver <br /> Lake Road and Palmer Drive extended providing for <br /> 30 parking stalls rather than the required 58 parking <br /> stalls, and providing for a 401 building setback <br /> from the north property line rather than the <br /> required 50' setback. The present zoning of the <br /> proposed site is B-1, Limited Business. <br /> b. That this parcel of land was created as a separate <br /> parcel of land at the request of the owner. <br /> c. At the time of subdivision of the land of which <br /> this parcel is a part, the potential pIOblems of <br /> development of this parcel was duly noted to the <br /> owner. <br />
