That the character of lands and ponds in the common <br /> area as approved as a part of PRD No. 18 are <br /> amenities to the common area which would be altered <br /> and disrupted by the proposed development~ <br /> 5. That PRD NO. 21 as proposed would require alterations t;o <br /> the common area of PRD NO. 18 which could not be <br /> applied for by the applicant of PRD No. 2l~ <br /> 6. That PRD NO. 21 is not harmonious with the approved <br /> PRD No. 18 (PL-89) in that substandard lots are <br /> proposed: <br /> 7. That there is no showing of any compelling public <br /> benefit in approving PRD NO. 21. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That based on the above Findings <br /> of Fact, the application for PRD NO. 21 be and is hereby <br /> denied <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the New Br;ghton City Council <br /> makes the following findings of fact in respect to the applica- <br /> tion for the fill permit related to PIID No. 21 <br /> Findinq of Fact <br /> 1. That the filling includes filling of lands in PRD No. <br /> 21 and common areas of PRD NO. 18 (PL-89) ~ <br /> 2. That filling of common area in PRD NO. 18 could hot <br /> i' be applied for by the applicant of PRD No. 21i <br /> I <br /> 3.
