That within five (5) years of the date of adoption <br /> of this resolution the ground sign shall be removed or <br /> reduced so as to be no more than 20 feet in height and <br /> 36 square feet in area, and display the building name <br /> and/or address only. <br />4. That no window signs are permitted and any window signs <br /> existing on the premisses shall be removed within <br /> sixty (60) days of the date of adoption of this <br /> resolution. <br />5. That conformance with conditions 1. and 2. above shall <br /> occur within six (6 ) months of the date of adoption <br /> of this resolution. <br />7. That the applicant shall signify written acceptance of <br /> this variance upon the conditions listed herein within <br /> thirty (30) days of date of adoption of this resolution <br /> of shall conform all signing on the property with the <br /> Zoning Code within that same period of time. <br />8. That no new signs shall be allowed in addition to those <br /> signs specifically permitted by this resolution. <br />9. No modification or replacement of existing signs will be <br /> allowed except in complying with the conditions of <br /> this resolution. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the application for VN-162 is <br />hereby approved for the following reasons: <br /> 1. That within five (5) years the signing on the property <br /> will be brought into essential conformance with the <br /> present ordinance. <br /> 2. That the signing modifications will be an improvement <br /> over the existing signing in terms of aesthetics. <br /> 3. That hardship and practical difficulties exist by <br /> reason of the need for new businesses to be identified. <br /> 4. That unique circumstances applying to the property <br /> exist because of the design and architectural detail <br /> of the building. <br /> 5. That results inconsistent with the general purpose <br /> of the Zoning Code would otherwise occur. <br /> 6. That the variance authorized does not grant special <br /> privilege. <br /> 7. That amort~zation of presently exis~ing signing is <br /> equitable and appropriate and will be accomplished <br /> by this plan.. <br /> "/ <br />
