That property owners residing along the currently constructed <br /> 14th Avenue expressed opposition to the new road being <br /> constructed thirty-two feet in width. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the above Findings of Fact <br /> provide the vehicle and justification for a road of twenty-four <br /> feet in width to be constructed. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That in accordance with Section 1040:34 <br /> of the New Brighton Code of Ordinance a twenty-four foot road <br /> width is hereby approved for the extension of 14th Avenue N.W. <br /> in the Hipp's View Point Addition. <br /> .
