If such violations are determined by the New <br /> Brighton City Council to exist, Company shall be <br /> given six (6) weeks to present a plan and time- <br /> table for modirications or additions to the air <br /> pollution control equipment of Company so as to <br /> eliminate such violations. <br /> ~. Such plan and timetable shall be reviewed and <br /> approved by the New Brighton City Council with <br /> any modifications deemed necessary by the Council <br /> and shall, upon approval, become a condition of <br /> this Offensive Trades License. <br /> 3. That any plugging or impairment of the operation of the <br /> City sewer system with grease will be considered prima <br /> facia evidence that Section 265:06, Subd. 2, of the City <br /> Code, Section 860:20 of the City Code, Article V, Section <br /> 5-4A of the Rules and Regulations for the Metropolitan <br /> Sewer Disposal System have been and are being violated <br /> and that the right of the rendering plant to use the City <br /> sewer system is thereby immediately suspended. The <br /> amount of grease discharged into the City sewer system <br /> shall be 100 mg. per liter or less. If the City sanitary <br /> sewer system or lift station wet well becomes plugged <br /> as a result of the operations at the rendering plants, <br /> the cost of cleaning shall be paid by the rendering <br /> plants making use of that part of the sewer system that <br /> has become plugged. <br /> 4. That The Menge1koch Co. be appraised that the City of <br /> New Brighton will continue to work with the MPCA and <br /> the Metropolitan Sewer Board to assure that all <br /> applicable rules, regulations and codes are complied with" <br />
