<br /> II - ~ -- " <br /> ;t ~ <br /> 'I <br /> n <br /> , <br /> il <br /> 1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1727 <br /> --~ ---- <br /> , <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA i <br /> r <br /> COUNTY OF,RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MASTER PLAN OF THE UNITED THEOLOGICAL <br /> , <br /> SEMINARY I <br /> : <br /> WHEREAS on June 23, 1961, the City Council adopted , <br /> Ordinance 122 which granted a special-use permit to the United <br /> Theological Seminary under certain conditions, and <br /> WHEREAS on December 23, 1974, the City Council rescinded <br /> Ordinance No. 122 and adopted Resolution No. 1466 which modified <br /> the ronditions of Ordinance No. 122 and which granted Special-Use <br /> Permit 58 to the United Theological Seminary under certain <br /> conditions, and <br /> WHEREAS among the conditions of Special-Use Permit 58 was <br /> ! the requirement that a master plan must be submitted prior to the: <br /> , i <br /> approval and issuance of any building permits, and t <br /> , <br /> WHEREAS the elements of the master plan that must be ! <br /> i submitted are: <br /> , <br /> 1 a. Location of all proposed buildings <br /> ! b. Height and bulk of all buildings <br /> '! <br /> I c. Size and location of all streets, driveways, and <br /> I parking areas <br /> I ~ d. Surface water drainage plan <br /> e. Size and location of all utilities <br /> I' f. Proposed use of all buildings <br /> i g.
