II - ~ -- " ;t ~ 'I n , il 1 RESOLUTION NO. 1727 --~ ---- , STATE OF MINNESOTA i r COUNTY OF,RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MASTER PLAN OF THE UNITED THEOLOGICAL , SEMINARY I : WHEREAS on June 23, 1961, the City Council adopted , Ordinance 122 which granted a special-use permit to the United Theological Seminary under certain conditions, and WHEREAS on December 23, 1974, the City Council rescinded Ordinance No. 122 and adopted Resolution No. 1466 which modified the ronditions of Ordinance No. 122 and which granted Special-Use Permit 58 to the United Theological Seminary under certain conditions, and WHEREAS among the conditions of Special-Use Permit 58 was ! the requirement that a master plan must be submitted prior to the: , i approval and issuance of any building permits, and t , WHEREAS the elements of the master plan that must be ! i submitted are: , 1 a. Location of all proposed buildings ! b. Height and bulk of all buildings '! I c. Size and location of all streets, driveways, and I parking areas I ~ d. Surface water drainage plan e. Size and location of all utilities I' f. Proposed use of all buildings i g. Location and layout of all proposed outside 1 ! recreation facilities , ~ and WHEREAS Special-Use Permit 58 further required that the floor area ratio as defined in the zoning code not exceed .25, and WHEREAS Special-Use Permit 58 required that the master plan be in general conformance with the land-use plan adopted as a , part of Special-Use Permit 58, and ! i WHEREAS Special-use Permit 58 requires a public hear~ng to be called prior to master plan approval, and WHEREAS application for master plan approval has been made by tlEUnited Theological Seminary in accordance with Special-Use Permit 58, and WHEREAS such application has been duly processed by the Ci t'~ staff, reviewed by the Planning Commission, and considered by I the City Council at properly called hearings thereon i " II i: " !! :1 II it, " Ii
