BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the master plan be approved <br /> based upon the compliance shown in the above findings of fact Wi~l <br /> the requirements of special-use permit 58. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such approval be conditioned <br /> on the following: <br /> 1. That the letter dated May 12, 1976 from the City <br /> Engineer to Alfred French be incorporated as a part <br /> of this resolution and the Engineer's suggestions and <br /> recommendations contained therein be a condition of <br /> the masterplan. <br /> 2. That cost relative to meeting the suggestions and <br /> recommendations of the City Engineer as contained in <br /> the Engineer's letter of May 12, 1976 referred to <br /> above be borne by the United Theological Seminary. <br /> 3. That any additional cost for revising the existing <br /> public water, storm sewer, and/or sanitary sewer <br /> system which may be required for an in the course of <br /> development of the United Theological Seminary be <br /> borne by the United Theological Seminary. <br /> 4. That prior to issuance of building permits the New <br /> Brighton Fire Department review building plans and <br /> make recommendation regarding fire hydrant location ani <br /> fire accesses. <br /> 5. That the Council may impose requirements on the United <br /> Theological Seminary based upon the above recommenda- <br /> tions of the Fire D.epartment. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the granting of master plan <br /> approval in no way changes or deletes any of the terms or <br /> conditions of Special-Use Permit 58, <br /> Adopted this 17th day of June, 1976 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ~'" <br /> - <br /> ~&~ Thomas <br /> Vernon C.
