The City will provide adequate outdOOf lighting to illuminate <br /> the skating surface for nighttime use I will supervise the <br /> warming facility during non-school hours and will provide <br /> outside rest rooms. <br /> 4. The School District does by this Agreement grant to the City <br /> permission and license to install the outside rest rooms and <br /> the outside lighting with the understanding that all such <br /> equipment remain the personal property of the City and that <br /> the City has the right' upon the termination of this Agreement <br /> Of any extens ion thereof to remove such personal property from <br /> the premises within a ninety (90) day period of time after such <br /> termination. After such ninety (90) day period the personal property <br /> and/or equipment shall revert to the ownership of the School <br /> .. <br /> District or I at the School District's option I the property or <br /> equipment may be removed and the cost of such removal shall <br /> be the respons ibility of the City. <br /> 5.
