That the site plan reflect and proper docum~nts be presented <br /> granting access easements from the westerly 33 foot driveway <br /> on Mississippi street to the Brighton veterinarian Clinic <br /> .west of the driveway and the vacant parcel east of the <br /> driveway; <br />2. That the site plan reflect and proper documents be presented <br /> granting access easements from the Super Valu property to <br /> the south and west sides of the DX propertYi <br />3. That a proper reciprocal parking and access agreement between <br /> RCE corporat"ion and Super Valu be presented authorizing <br /> the mutual use of parking and free flow of traffic between <br /> the Super Valu, the shopping center and the proposed steak <br /> housei <br />4. That the site plan reflect and proper documents be presented <br /> guaranteeing the closing of the westerly Super Valu driveway <br /> on Mississippi Street and the southerly Super Valu driveway <br /> on Silver Lake Road1 <br />5. That ,the site plan reflect and proper documents be presented <br /> guaranteeing the closing of the Taco Johns driveway to <br /> Silver Lake Road and the provision of access for Taco Johns <br /> via the southerly shopping center driveways <br />6. That the site and landscape plan for the center be subject <br /> to Council approval and be a condition of the variance: <br />7. That both shopping 'center drblewayson S.:tlver Lake Road and <br /> the southerly driveway accesses to Taco Johns and the <br /> proposed steak. house be subject to Council review and control <br /> at the time the cotmnercially zoned property south of the <br /> shopping center is developed; <br />8. That access to Rice Creek Road be sl.lbjectto Council review <br /> and control at the time the commercially zoned property south <br /> of the shopping center is developedi <br />9.
