Tenants occupying space on the second floor of the <br /> building at 854 5th Avenue NW may be identified on <br /> an integrated directory located on the door leading <br /> to the second floor,. in area d. as shown on sign plan <br /> drawing attached hereto. Each occupancy shall be <br /> permitted a sign of note more than one (1) square <br /> foot on said directory and all signs on said <br /> directory shall be of uniform size, shape and letterir~. <br /> 10. That conformance with paragraph 6. above shall occur <br /> within six (6) months of the date of adoption of this <br /> Resolution. <br /> 11. That the applicant shall signify written acceptance, <br /> of this special use permit upon the conditions listed! <br /> herein within thirty (30) days of the date of adopti04 <br /> of this Resolution or shall remove the "Clark Phar- <br /> macy" sign mounted on the canopy within that same <br /> period of time. <br /> 12. No signs shall be allowed in addition to those signs <br /> specifically permitted by this resolution. <br /> 13. No modification or replacement of existing signs will <br /> be allowed e;xcE;:!pt in complying 'with the conditions stc.te <br /> in this Resolution. <br /> 14. +n addition to the foregoing, all si9ns erected at <br /> 854 5th Avenue)NW shall conform to all applicable <br /> requirements of Chapter 14 of the Zoning Code <br /> whether, or fiot, such requ~rements are specifically <br /> stated herein. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Building Inspector is 1 <br /> hereby authorized to issue building permits for signs at <br /> 854 5th Avenue NW which conform to all requirements of this <br /> Resolution. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Council of the City of <br /> New Brighton that the following addition findings of fact are <br /> made in respect to the approval of SP-75 under the conditions <br /> stated: <br /> 1. That such approval creates a signing plan <br /> recognizing the unique circumstances of the <br /> building design including the existence of a <br /> canopy; <br /> 2. That such approval dOeS not grant special privilege <br /> in that the basic guidelines of the Zoning Code in <br /> regard to sign size and sign placement in signable <br /> areas are observed; <br /> 3. That such approved sign plan will result in more <br /> harmonious and uniform signing that is in greater <br /> conformance with the intent and purpose of the Zoning <br /> Code sign regulations than present signing. <br /> Adopted this 8th day of February 1977. <br /> , <br />
