<br />, <br />" <br />,- ~ - i 1 <br /> -2- <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the application for SP-79 is <br /> and hereby approved subject to the following: <br /> 1. That no more than one (1) ground sign shall be <br /> permitted on the property: <br /> 2. That the ground sign contain tenant names and <br /> addresses only; <br /> 3. That such ground sign shall not exceed sixty-four (64 ) <br /> square feet in area nor 20 feet in height, and shall <br /> have a minimum setbakc of ten ( 10) feet from Silver <br /> Lake Road and Mississippi Street and its design and <br /> construction should be in accordance with plans <br /> signed by' the: Director of Community Development and <br /> dated May 23rd, 1978. <br /> 4. That no wall signs or window signs shall be allowed; <br /> 5. That wall directories within the building entrances <br /> shall be allowed; <br /> 6.
