" <br />.. ~ <br />'./ <br />~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2076 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING THE <br /> PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br /> PRD #23. <br /> WHEREAS, an application for amended Planned Residential <br /> Development PRD #23 has been made by the Crossroads <br /> Development Corporation for property located generally <br /> east of Silver Lake Road and North of County Road liE ", and <br /> WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. That an amended application for PRD #23 was <br /> filed with the City on July 12, 1978. <br /> 2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br /> application at its meeting of July 3l, 1978. <br /> 3. That the City Council, pursuant to published <br /> and mailed notice, held a public hearing on <br /> August 8, 1978, to consider the applicat ion. <br /> All person's present at the Public hearing were <br /> given an opportunity to be heard. <br /> 4. The written comments and analysis of the City <br /> Planner, the Planning Commission minutes and <br /> recommendation and all person's s ta temen ts <br /> made at the Public Hearing were considered. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br /> City of New Brighton that the following findings of fact <br /> are made in respect to PRD #23. <br /> l. That the proposed development is cons istent with <br /> the type, density, height and bulk of surrounding <br /> 1a nd s , the zoning ordinam:re and proposed <br /> comprehensive plan. <br /> 2. That the proposal is consistent with the stated <br /> purposes of the planned residential development <br /> procedure by promoting and encouraging social <br /> interchange between residents of different <br /> socio-economic backgrounds. <br /> 3. That internal circulation and recreational spaces <br /> are adequate for their intended purposes. <br /> 4. That the open space provided is considerable and <br /> compatible with the surrounding area. <br />
