That the site development provides access for <br /> emergency vehicles thereby ensuring the safety <br /> of the residents. <br />7. That the proposed development would not be <br /> detrimental to the public health, safety, and <br /> general welfare of the surrounding area. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the application for <br />PRD #23 is and hereby approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Conformance to ~he site plan signed by the Director <br /> of Community Development and date August 8, 1978. <br />2. The emergency access and internal driveway land <br /> be kept cleared of snow or other obstructions and <br /> be kept passable by emergency vehicles at all <br /> times. <br />3. All sanitary sewer, water pipes, fire hydrants and <br /> storm water drainage be subject to approval of the <br /> City Engineer, and that appropriate easements be <br /> provided for utility maintenance. <br />4. That residents of New Brighton and their relatives <br /> be afforded preference in attaining residency <br /> within the proposed buildings, subject to meeting <br /> income limitations. <br />5. The applicant obtain approval and an easement from <br /> the adjacent Country Club Market for the emergency <br /> access shown on the site plan. <br />6. That the applicant make an honest effort to attract <br /> market rate tenants.
