The request must be filed with the City a minimum of ten days prior to <br />the expiration of the time limit. <br />Any planned residential development which receives final approval shall be filed with the <br />City. The plat of the plan or portion thereof finally approved shall be filed as stipulated <br />under Chapter 26 of the City Code. <br />Any planned residential development that receives final approval and includes therein <br />provisions for multiple ownership under condominium shall also comply with all <br />requirements of the "Minnesota Condominium Act", Chapter 457, Laws of 1963 <br />(Minnesota Statutes, Sections 515.01 to 515.29). <br />No building permits shall be issued until the plat of the plan has been filed in accordance <br />with Sections 7-100 (4) and (5). <br />All planned residential developments and planned residential development stages <br />approved by the City Council prior to the January 23, 2001 shall commence construction <br />no later than two years from such date. A separate Resolution approving the Minor Subdivision is adopted by the City Council. <br />6. a applicant pays a park dedication fee in the amount of $4,484 prior to release of the <br />Minor Subdivision approval Resolution. <br />7. Flior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant must provide a copy of an executed <br />d recorded Shared Access and Parking Easement in a form satisfactory to the City <br />8. 4e applicant agrees to enter into an agreement with the City regarding the sewer <br />nnection to the MCES utility.
