That the special use shall in all other respects conform to the applicable regulations of the <br />district in which it is located. <br />9.a Planning Commission and City Council found the Special Use Permit criteria of Section <br />8 30 are met. <br />Now ` EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon the above Findings of Fact the application <br />f� a Special Use Permit (SP2008-013) is hereby approved, subject to the following <br />1. The applicant submits revised drawings showing the revised location being approximately <br />100' further to the south and 10' from the easterly lot line at the time of building permit. <br />2. A 1 ground equipment meets a 10' setback from the easterly lot line, with the exception being <br />t fence. <br />3.
