Gratitude was expressed to die planning commission for the solution <br />provided for the Subway sign. <br />CounWmember Bauman -Park, Recreation &Environmental Commission <br />Councilmernber- Bauman announced fall classes are beginning for gryninas~tics, soccer, swimming, <br />fitness classes and karate. The Environment on clean water, wild life, cultural heritage and natural areas <br />amendment was introduced„ and residents were encouraged to vote. The Academy of Bio Science <br />Chatter School begins classes September 2"i: Residents were encouraged to vote on the primary <br />election on September 0. <br />Councilmember j uMEc anomie Development Commission <br />Councilmember Burg repotted the next Economic Development Commission meeting is scheduled for <br />September 2, 2008. <br />Mayor Larson <br />Mayor Larson presented a first place trophy won by officers Paetzmck, Director Jacobson and <br />Firefighter Vanbeusekom in the recent Public Safety challenge in Vadnais Heights. <br />Adiournment <br />Motion by Councilmember Burg, seconded by Councilmember Bauman to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />1* 4 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried <br />4.
