(Please refer to Exhibit A for location of <br />existing signage.) <br />IDS Financial Services, Inc. recently relocated one of its field offices employing an excess of 100 people <br />to 900 Long Lake Road, and occupies the entire 3rd floor (formerly occupied by Delta Environmental). <br />IDS Financial Services, Inc- has asked Opus as building owner to work with them and the city of New <br />Brighton to obtain the necessary approval to have IDS's corporate identity located on the building's west <br />elevation. Therefore the owner, Opus Corporation, wishes to submit a comprehension sign plan <br />incorporating the following signage elements: <br />1. Exisiting Building Monument Si <br />Due to the location of the existing building monument sign, nearly one-half the sign is not visible <br />during the winter months due to snow cover. Opus Corporation hereby wishes and respectfully <br />requests approval to add 32" to the height of this sign. (Please refer to Exhibit B for <br />specifications.) <br />2.
