The extent of any nonconformity is reduced where practical. <br />8. The Planning Commission and City Council found that the extent of the nonconformities, <br />ith regard to dust, is being reduced to the greatest extent practical based upon the one <br />ndition noted below. <br />9. a Planning Commission and City Council determined that the existing and proposed <br />terior building material of cedar to be compliant with Section 6-390 (12). <br />NOW HEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon the above Findings of Fact the application <br />for a Site Plan (LP2008-007) and Nonconforming Use Permit (NC2008-005), are hereby <br />appr c ved, subject to the following conditions: <br />The applicant agrees to pave the first 50' of one primary access point on the north side <br />of ?
