Set public hearing and Small Cities Development grant <br />application for January 11, 1983 at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Public HearinQs <br />There was no one present at the public hearing <br />speaking to the proposed utility easement vacation. <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, second by Janecek to close the_ <br />public hearing. <br />S Ayes, 0 Nayes, motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, second by Schmidt to waive the <br />reading and adopt a RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF <br />FACT AND APPROVING THE VACATION OF THE UTILITY <br />EASEMENT (generally located within the property <br />at the southeast corner of 16th Street NW and <br />Silver Lake Road), with a rr6 to be added to <br />the NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED to read as follows: <br /> <br />6.
